It comes three years after a group of filmmakers sued the music firm, claiming the song is so prevalent it should be in the public domain. Finally on Monday, a settlement was presented to a federal court in Los Angeles that would see Warner compensate everyone who paid licensing fees to use the song - reaching a total of $14 million. The settlement will have to be approved by the court in a hearing which is scheduled for March 14.''
