INTA-BASCAP Regional Workshop: Working Together to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy

Uit het persbericht: "The International Trademark Association (INTA) and the International Chamber of Commerce Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP) are pleased to invite you to attend a joint conference on the roles and responsibilities of intermediaries in enforcing IP rights.

Workshop sessions will focus on several key types of intermediary categories, with speakers discussing the benefits and challenges of cooperating on innovative responses. BASCAP will present some findings from its recent report entitled "Roles and Responsibilities of Intermediaries: Fighting Counterfeiting and Piracy in the Supply Chain", and INTA will share some of its best practices for addressing the sale of counterfeits through voluntary collaboration."
