"The IP Contracting Academy is designed by Xurias to train IP professionals and lawyers in drafting, reviewing and negotiating intellectual property contracts, such as confidentiality agreements, research agreements, marketing services agreements and licenses.
Spread over five months, the program consists of five days of intensive training provided by top professionals from the IP service industry. Participants will learn about the types of contracts that can be used in different situations, the key contract clauses, how to negotiate the best results, drafting techniques and more.
The next IP Contracting Academy starts January 30, 2015. Registration is open until December 31, 2014 on a first-come-first-served basis. The maximum number of participants is 25. The registration fee is EUR 2,250. Members of VIE/AIPPI, LES and BMM enjoy a discount of 20% and pay only EUR 1,800. Lunch is included."
