Unified Patent Court bericht: "At its last meeting the Preparatory Committee agreed the Rules on Court fees and recoverable costs for the UPC. The Rules will be subject to legal scrubbing but, in the interests of transparency and to keep users updated on the current work programme of the Committee, the Chair has agreed the Rules are published in their current form, alongside an Explanatory Note, and can be found here."
