Manon is a partner in our Intellectual Property Practice and she heads our brand management team in the Netherlands. She is based in The Hague.Manon has over 15 years of experience and has a particular focus on both contentious and non-contentious trademark, design, copyright, domain name, unfair competition and advertising law.
Her practice includes global strategic advice on intellectual property rights, the protection and registration of trademark and design portfolios. Manon is an experienced litigator and handles high profile trademark and copyright (levies) disputes, including multi-jurisdictional cases. She also regularly advises on hot topic issues in the trademark world such as plain packaging of tobacco products.
