Sebastien is a European Patent Attorney in the firm’s IP group in Amsterdam. He specialises in patent litigation and patent prosecution in a variety of technical fields.

Sebastien’s experience covers a wide range of aspects of intellectual property and patent law, with a focus on worldwide patent prosecution and national and cross-border IP disputes. He has been involved in cases before the specialized Dutch patent courts, the European Patent Office (EPO) and other patent courts and offices worldwide. Furthermore, he is experienced in drafting and negotiating IP license agreements and complex patent cross-license frameworks.
