Janneke studied in Amsterdam and developed her interest in Intellectual Property during her time as a lawyer in The Hague. After this she specialized further as a trademark attorney at a trademark office where she worked for a long time and where her work also included legal activities.
In April 2022, Janneke started at AOMB as Senior IP Counsel and is part of Mark Your Brand.
With her background and experience, she will be involved in this position in various areas: drafting IP-related agreements, conducting different types of proceedings (including UDRP, infringement and objection/appeal proceedings) but also broader IP advice to clients.
